While not beachfront, you’ll be close to the beach, Pier Park, restaurants, shopping, and top PCB attractions offering the perfect balance of convenience and privacy. 🏡 Home Layout This is a two-story home. All bedrooms are located upstairs, and guests should be comfortable using stairs. 🚗 Parking Free on-site parking is available directly at the property. Please confirm vehicle size and number before arrival if you have special requirements. 👥 Occupancy The home is ideal for families, couples, and small groups.
