🏖️ Other Things to Note Self check-in is available for your convenience details will be shared before your arrival. This house has 2 floors (stairs required). Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone. No smoking or vaping inside or on the property. (Guests will incur $200 fee for smoking/ vaping/ e-cigarettes on premises). Pets are allowed (2 pet max; dogs only). One free parking space is provided on-site. Please treat the space with care. This is our home away from home, and we want you to feel the same comfort during your stay. 💙 IMPORTANT NOTE: This property is NOT CHILDPROOFED and may contain features that pose risks to infants, toddlers and young children. Parents and guardians are solely responsible for supervising children at all times. What’s Included: Towels, linens, and basic kitchenware are provided to make your stay more comfortable. We ask guests to bring their own toiletries, shampoo, bodywash, toothpaste, lotion. Kitchen dish detergent/ paper towels and bathroom soap and toilet paper are provided. Cleaning Fee: $180 per stay Pet Fee (2 dogs max; no cats) : $100/ per pet (non-refundable deposit); $25 daily fee per pet/ day We now offer optional add-ons like early check-in fee, birthday packages, romance packages, and pre-arrival fridge stocking.
