Guests will have private access to the entire property. There is reliable high-speed internet throughout the entire property. Streaming services are available on flat-screen TVs. Parking spots (2) are available in front of the house. A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you 24 hours before your arrival. The code is changed after every guest. We provide a complimentary starter pack for guests with hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash can liners. We recommend you bring additional items appropriate for your stay duration. Pool key fob is located in the kitchen drawer. Please return key for prior to departure. Guests will have to pay $50 replacement fee for any lost pool key fobs. The drive to the house is accessible with GPS. Please note there are security cameras located at the front entrance, and backyard. These cameras are for your safety. There are no cameras inside the property. All bedrooms are located upstairs, so guests should be comfortable using stairs. Parking: Parking is available directly at the property. Please check for any vehicle size or number restrictions before arrival. Occupancy: The home comfortably accommodates families, couples, or groups. Please ensure your booking reflects the correct number of guests. Quiet Hours: Out of respect for neighbors and the community, quiet hours are in place (typically after 10 PM). No Parties or Events: This home is intended for relaxing vacations. Parties or large gatherings are not permitted. Check-In/Check-Out: Standard check-in and check-out times apply. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but is not guaranteed. What’s Included: Towels, linens, and basic kitchenware are provided to make your stay more comfortable. (Guests will incur $200 fee for smoking/ vaping/ e-cigarettes on premises). Pets are allowed (2 pet max; dogs only). One free parking space is provided on-site. Please treat the space with care. We happily welcome up to two dogs (up to 50 lbs) at our home with an added pet fee of $25 per pet per day. If you're planning to bring your furry friends along, please don't hesitate to send me a message! Just a few other notes! You are expected to clean up after your pet, in the house, and in the yard. We have a small dog bed at the house available for you but also ask that you provide your OWN blanket for them to lay on if your pet prefers that. Dogs are NOT allowed on our furniture/beds/couch/blankets/sheets and an additional cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found on these items at check out. If you book and bring more than two dogs, you’ll be subject to additional fees.
